Unfortunately some brands we can not deliver to certain areas. Below we have supplied a chart informing you of which areas we do and do not cover for delivery and also approx delivery lead times. Should you have any questions regarding the delivery please call us on 0800 883 0474

Delivery is made within the approximate quoted time as stated on the product page. You will be contacted directly from the delivery team and they will arrange a suitable day to deliver, this will happen approx 3-5 days prior to your delivery taking place.

Unless stated on the product page all our furniture will arrive flat packed. Instructions will be given with some light assembly work needing to be undertaken.

Any delivery date or period for delivery given will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to fulfil all orders in the estimated time given.

All orders are CURBSIDE delivery and somebody must be there to receive the shipment and sign off on the bill of lading. The driver will sometimes place the product at your front door or inside your garage, but that is at the driver's discretion and is not a guarantee. On rare occasions he may ask for your assistance on larger pieces. This service is provided to you at no additional charge. Tipping is not expected or required. At times a delivery may arrive on a Pallet, the pallet will be dropped outside your house, it is not the responsibility of the driver or Kids Bedrooms to remove Pallet.

NOTE: Curbside delivery means the product will be offloaded from the truck at the end of your driveway. Keep this in mind if you have a very long driveway.

Assistance may be required at times with bulky items. We can not be held responsible for the return of goods if the furniture can't make it through the access routes or if it can't fit in its final resting place.

Delivering to an alternative address other than the billing address. We are more than happy to do this however once your order is placed we will contact you and ask your for a utility bill showing your full name and address of the card holder and where the card is registered to - this is to prevent fraud. We will ask that you fax or email the relevant documentation to us.

Delivery is free on all orders. (Due to the increased cost of fuel, Our Free Delivery offer will soon change, so place your orders now.)

* SPECIAL NOTE: We are the rare company that will try to delivery anywhere in the UK, but there is one overriding factor that will prevent us from delivering to a particular destination is freight carrier limitations. We deal with many different delivery companies which blanket 90% of the country. Unfortunately that leaves 10% country that is considered “undeliverable”. This in most cases is due to the remoteness of the location or delivery company policies.
It is our firm policy not to ship to any location that cannot be serviced directly by our carriers. The one and only reason for this is our delivery damage occurrence for these types of shipments is much higher than our normal rate. Having a product arrive damaged is a major disappointment and headache for our customer. We choose not to subject our customers to that process and reserve the right to fully refund the purchase price. We hope you understand and apologize if your order is the small minority.
